When you meet Ellie, you will see the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree! She is a powerful broker, just like her mom. While she is kind to all, she is fierce when negotiating on behalf of her clients. She brings her A-game when guiding her sellers so they get top dollar for their homes. She sells 40 houses per year (vs. the average agent who sells 4). It takes most agents a decade to sell the number of homes Ellie sells each year.
Ellie graduated from NC State University with a management degree. While she was a full-time student, she also obtained her real estate license. She has worked in the family business since she was very young in a variety of roles. She worked answering phones, delivering flyers, and serving as our runner as a high school student. She was a showing agent on the team while in college. After graduation, she worked as a buyer's agent for several years. She even modeled for some of our comedy ad campaigns as a preschooler! She has been a part of the Spencer Properties Team her entire life.
